Juan-Pablo Roa is, among other things, a former Head of Planning at the Prime Minister’s Office, Deputy Chief of Staff and advisor to former Prime Minister Stefan Löfven, as well as Press Secretary for the Social Democrats. Specialized in public affairs and strategic communication, Juan-Pablo has held key positions within the government and parliament. He has also served as CEO of the IQ initiative and worked as a communications consultant.

Isabella Sehlström is a strategic consultant and account manager with a particular focus on corporate and organizational communications. Casper T. Schaber specializes in strategic advisory, media training, and crisis management, as well as the development of strategies and positioning. He holds a degree in Political Science from Lund University and was, during his studies, the chairman of Studentafton – Scandinavia’s most renowned university forum for speech and debate. Sofie Sidoli is a senior consultant at 500, where she works with brand repositioning, public affairs, and crisis communication. With over 10 years of experience in the communications industry, she most recently served as Head of Press at Sweco and has also worked at the Swedish Teachers’ Union (Lärarförbundet) and Paues Åberg. Sofie has led multiple teams and large-scale projects, including change management initiatives, election campaigns, and advocacy activities, and she has a strong commitment to societal change and external communication.

Oskar Kongshöj is a senior consultant primarily working with strategic insight development, crisis and media management, and advisory services on positioning and communication. Sanna Verner-Carlsson is responsible for 500’s project management and concept development related to large, complex activities and events. Sanna holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Stockholm University and has previously worked for Nöjesguiden and SVT, as well as as a freelance project manager and researcher.

Freja Fernholm is a junior consultant specializing in strategic communication. Alfred Ram is a consultant specializing in strategic communication. Before joining 500, he worked at the Swedish branch of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), where he focused on trade and sustainability issues in close collaboration with some of Sweden’s largest companies. Most recently, he held the role of consultant at the communications agency Diplomat Communications, specializing in Corporate Communications and Public Affairs. Alfred holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Uppsala University and served as chair of the student association Uppsala Politicesstuderande during his studies. He is also active in the think tank Frivärld.

David Orlic has a long history in the communications industry and has, among other things, served as an advisor to the Social Democrats, founded the agencies Volontaire, :Part, and Järvaveckan, and was until the end of 2019 Deputy CEO and Chief Innovation Officer at Prime. Today, he acts as an advisor to several Swedish companies and management teams.

Michael Storåkers has, among other things, worked at the Prime Minister’s Office and served as an advisor to the Moderate Party, founded the agency Storåkers which was later sold to McCann, and served as CEO of Bukowskis. Today, he runs the CF Hill art gallery, is Chairman of the Board for the Royal Swedish Opera, Rodebjer, and A Days March, a board member of Fidelio, and an investor.
